Liliu Mailo
Executive Director
Since 2011, Liliu Mailo has served as Executive Director of the American Samoa Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence. With a heart for service and deep commitment to our community, she continues to guide the Coalition in supporting survivors, uplifting families, and building safe, peaceful homes across American Samoa. Together with local partners, faith communities, and dedicated advocates, Liliu believes in creating a future where every voice is heard and every life is valued.

Kristina Vaeao
Transitional Housing – Project Manager
Kristina Vaeao joined the American Samoa Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence team a few months ago as the Transitional Housing Project Manager. In this role, she works closely with survivors and families to provide safe housing, supportive services, and guidance as they begin their journey toward stability and healing. Though new to the team, Kristina brings fresh energy, dedication, and a strong commitment to helping survivors rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

Lydia Mailo
Program Manager/POC – ARPA-NAP Project
Lydia Mailo serves as the Project Manager and Point of Contact for the ARPA-NAP program at the American Samoa Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence. Following in the footsteps of her mother, the Coalition’s Executive Director, and honoring the legacy of her late father, Lydia Mailo continues a family tradition of service and advocacy. She previously led the API-GBV program with dedication and success, and now brings her experience, compassion, and commitment to guiding the ARPA-NAP project. Her leadership ensures that survivors and families in our community receive the resources, care, and support they need to build safe and hopeful futures.
